What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: name, e-mail address, and optionally company, country, telephone number and the content of your message. The form does not use tracking cookies.
Why we collect it ?
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and provide technical support. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical logs. Within the application itself, IP addresses are never stored in clear text: they are hashed before being used for abuse prevention.
Retention
Enquiry e-mails are retained for as long as necessary for the commercial relationship and applicable accounting obligations. Anti-abuse records are deleted after 48 hours.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is processed by our hosting provider acting on our instructions, and, if you accept the anti-spam challenge, by Cloudflare for the sole purpose of distinguishing humans from automated traffic.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. Write to us using the contact details in the imprint.
Cookies
This site sets one strictly necessary session cookie when you open the contact form, used only to protect the form against cross-site request forgery. No advertising or profiling cookie is used.
